About Lisa Smith
Lisa qualified in Nutrition 7 years ago, and currently work as a Nutritionist within a high profile, integrated private healthcare clinic in London (under the umbrella of Dr Marilyn Glenville - recognised as the UK's leading nutritionist specialising in women's health), as well as in private practice in Kent.
Within her private practice she actively works with companies to improve the health and performance of corporate employees by optimising nutrition and lifestyle. Emphasis is not placed upon strict, faddy diets, nor the use of lots of supplements, but aims to help the body obtain the nutrients it needs to work properly in the world we live in a busy, demanding and at times, stressful place and in doing so helps in the management of stress and overcome barriers to health and wellbeing.
As part of her corporate activities she works closely with a Cognitive Neuroscientist, looking at how diet and lifestyle can influence the brain, moods and behaviour.
Lisa is also also a Senior lecturer with The College of Naturopathic Medicine, one of the UK's largest and well-known natural medicine training providers.
